Our Philosophy

Rooted in a reverence for craftsmanship, we champion combining time-honored techniques with innovation and the unexpected.

Every plate, platter, and pour is an invitation to slow down, notice subtleties, and delight in shared moments.

About Leigh…

Being British, I hate talking about myself and my achievements, but here goes! For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with cooking, way before I ever stepped foot in a professional kitchen, my gran would have to make cardboard stoves for me to play with as a toddler and I would make her “cook” with me for hours.

I grew up in the restaurant industry, and started working in my parent’s restaurant in my early teens, training under my aunt, who was the executive chef. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to cook all over the world, in fact on every continent except Antartica (I’m not great with the cold!).

Now a Chef Patron of my own establishment, I blend the foundations of classical french cuisine, with modern techniques and unexpected flavors.

My belief is simple: food should move people, like great art, music or theater. It should tell a story, spark conversation, immerse you in the moment and surprise you when you’re not expecting it.

My promise to you is an unforgettable experience that will have people talking about it (in a good way!) long after the final course is served.

Charitable at heart.

From a very early age, 10 years old to be exact when Leigh founded his school’s “charity committee” organizing fundraising activities and events, giving back has been a core principal of his work.

We support many local charities that are aligned with our same values from supporting fundraising events, to baking birthday cakes for children in care, and providing treats for elderly people living alone.
